The Smitten is a cross-pollination of the Gala, Braeburn, Fiesta and Flastaff apple varieties. As a bi-colored, stripe apple, the Smitten is bright pink/red blush over a yellow background. When you bite into one, you’ll notice the flesh is crunchy and juicy.
