minutesThis apple pie smoothie is quick, easy, fresh and satisfying! Not to mention, protein packed. All the pie flavors without the guilt.
Ingredients
4 dates – pitted
4 tablespoons pecans – chopped
4 tablespoons old fashioned oats
2 Sage Fruit apples, diced
6 oz plain Greek OR vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 Tablespoon of honey (optional for sweetening)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and close the lid.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve!
