minutesEasy, Healthy, Yummy! This fruit salad combines all of your favorite sweet summer flavors for a delightfully refreshing snack!
Ingredients
2 Yellow Peaches – sliced
2 White Nectarine – sliced
1 pint Raspberries
1 pint Blueberries
1lb Dark Sweet Cherries – pitted
¼ C Honey
Splash of Orange Juice
Juice from 1 Lime
2 tbsp Fresh Mint – chopped
Directions
- Whisk together honey, orange juice, lime juice and mint in a small bowl. Set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour honey mixture over fruit and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve alone or top with yogurt and granola.
